Make A Party Hat

• Heavy paper
• Scissors
• Tape
• Colored tissue paper
• Feathers, stickers,
other decorations
• Markers
• String
Make a party hat by cutting a large triangle from heavy paper. Help your child roll the hat into a cone shape and tape the seam. Decorate the hat with colored tissue paper, feathers, stickers, markers, and other materials.
Attach a tie string to each side of the hat.
Children can make two hats; one for them, and a purple one for Barney!
